About Myranee Feedlot
OUR STORY
Myranee Feedlot is a is owned and operated by Lyle and Jo Bellingham and is located east of Texas in South East Queensland on their 9000 acre property bordered by the Dumaresq River, which produces high quality crops for our rations under irrigation.
We are a family owned and run Custom Feeding feedlot with a licensed capacity of 10,000 scu and 9,000 ssu.
Our new and modern facility is designed with animal welfare in mind, providing quality care and nutritionally balanced rations.
Animal Welfare
Myranee Feedlot operates under the National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme (NFAS) and is independently audited annually to ensure animal welfare standards are met.
We handle our cattle with low stress cattle handling methods. Cattle and sheep are both monitored daily to ensure their health is prioritized with veterinarians available on call.
A high quality and nutrionaly balanced ration is fed to stock twice daily.
Environmental Responsibility
Myranee Feedlot operates under strict environmental guidelines as well as complying with standards determined by the National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme (NFAS).
We are continuously improving our efforts to ensure long term sustainability and reduce our environmental impact.
