custom feeding

Myranee Feedlot utilizes the services of our independent nutritionist to assist with the formulation of our feed rations.  We offer flexibility with our rations to suit our clients specifications.  

Feed rations are monitored and tested regularly to ensure that the rations are nutritionally balanced.  

Bunk calls are conducted each morning to assess cattle feed intake.  

Bunks are regulary swept and cleaning to ensure only quality feed is presented to your cattle.  

Cattle are feed twice daily at a consistent time to ensure maximum routine and comfort for your cattle.  

All stock are monitored daily by our livestock pen riders to ensure the health and wellbeing of stock.  

Animal welfare is paramount in our operation.  

On arrival, cattle are unloaded into a cooler pen with fresh water and hay to recover from transportation.  

At induction, cattle are scanned, uniquiely identified with a Feedlot Tag and vaccinated/drenched which is all recorded in our Feedlot Management Software.  

After processing, your cattle are moved to an assigned feedlot pen where they will have access to clean drinking water, fresh feed and left to rest.
